Simon put some of the racerom features on mine - I haven't dared try the launch control yet! Auto blip is great though...
Your list is pretty similar to my 'things required' list, although I've skimped on the geometry/handling side of things... Seeing the dyno graph is interesting - you hold torque and power for longer, my remapped TD04 pretty much peaks then drops of in both cases. Guess the turbo upgrade makes all the difference.
