I have just received confirmation that all the rooms on the list are booked at the hotel 
Now the hotel has confirmed please feel free to pay your deposits,
The final date for deposits to be received is 29/2/2016 Unless you pay the hotel direct in full..

If you wish to just pay the £50 deposit for now that is fine, so long as its before 29/2/16
If you wish to pay in full to the Hotel prior to 29/2/16 no deposit will be required..
Final payment to the hotel by Bank Transfer must be paid no later than 27/5/2016
