Same mine has always been road tested for the brakes as my garages said being AWD it wouldn't work on the rollers
But like u I can hear the car or last time it was a young lad doing the MOT and so I asked to be in the car during the test...
Maybe over the top but the mechanic understood and I left them a tip so no harm done...
It's my pride and joy and I'm not gonna risk someone being a prat..
