P1 (Red) Prodrive Eibachs
215lb/in (F), 195lb/in (R)...this is the rumour. Although I have read elsewhere on a USA forum that this is not as true as many forums make out.

I need to get this confirmed, as I want the ideal spec for my Bilsteins (which would be Blue Prodrive Eibachs) and no-one seems to know the true answer.
