I replaced one of these on my nan's door last week, the barrel was between 20- 30 quid. If you can, take the barrel with you when you get a new one but definately measure it first, you need to measure from each end to the middle bit that locks then the length of the locking bit in the middle..... if that makes sense!
should be something like 35mm-10mm-40mm
the retaining screw as mentioned above was an allen key socket on the lock i changed.
