Research I done over the last couple of weeks was reporting that 45's will rub the front arch liners and rear lip.
Track tyres also have a squarer shoulder with edge to edge tread so are a little wider then road tyres.
Prodrive's size was 205/45, but these are a rare tyre so the normal is 215/40
