I must say watching the “cleaning and detailing” guys at work I’m not surprised main dealers don’t have more issues with customer returning cars for shocking paintwork!
When I collected mine their team were outside cleaning a brand new TT RS - in black... jetwash, sponge, one bucket and chamois leather! I nearly fainted ! Ha ha ha |
When I had my A4 I spent a weekend waxing then took it in for a check at the dealers. They did their usual courtesy clean without me realising they were going too and jet washed the wax off. The next wash I did it was like it had no wax on at all.
It's a good service for most customers but not for us. Interiors always comes up nice though with their high power Hoover's.
