No they won't, unless you've got different hubs, etc. to a standard bug.
Your PCD should be 5x100.
The Impreza STi from the widetrack blobeye, so c2005, switched PCD to 5x114. I can never remember what happened with the WRX. I think the hawkeyes were still 5x100, but I am not 100% sure about the hatch... I'd guess it switched at that point.
