its probably nothing major, but, you only get one heart. if it stops working, game over. and if it stops working while your driving, other road users, pedestrians and passengers are at risk.
When it comes to a vital organ like the heart, looking like a timewasting twat to your GP is a small price to pay when compared to the possible alternative.
Plus, I very much doubt your GP would think your a timewaster given that its your heart that you are concerned with.
Even if he did think your a twat, doctor-patient confidentiality means he cant tell anyone that !
Go see your GP sooner rather than later please.
