It is not difficult,

I have not watched the video it should say,( sometimes this is forgotten about )


The nib in the cylinder that turns the inside of the lock is often off set so you will have to turn the key slightly to with draw it from the door after you have removed the single screw in the edge of the door.

On replacement make sure the screw that secures the cylinder is the correct length as they can often bottom out.
