I think there is one option to consider.
Surely a private session would be the answer. KrissyP1 had one last year and it didn't turn out too expensive.
With the volume of us going in June it would surely work out fairly cheap and we will have the comfort of knowing there are no idiots, bikes, ice cream vans or such like on track.
As for track workers repairing sections of the track whilst open to the public that is crazy. Whether it's a race track or public toll road signage & cones must apply surely?
