did he even try to brake ater hitting the barrier, bet the scooby owner was gutted would that be covered on either of there insurances

Valuable advice!!!!

Not sure why the marshal assumed it would be safe to park there (assuming its a marshals vehicle, speccies wouldn't be able to park that close.

Something happens my friend in Czech Republic,when he park car(Octavia vRS) on similar Rally stage,but in his case,his car hit Subaru driver and he get pay out from Insurance.

Here you will never get money from Insurance for sure.
