Been watching the news all morning, just terrible.

Like you, I really don't know how you could stop these lunatics in a modern Europe with no border controls. They're free to move around and cause chaos wherever they want to

makes you wonder if EU has caused more trouble than it solves. As for these lunatics, i try to understand reasoning from other peoples perspective, but i can only think they have pure hate for Westerners brain washed into them.

I do think the UK and US have a made a rod for the own back over the last 50 years though.

Agree with the above, western countries as a whole.

My thoughts and sympathy with the family's who have lost loved ones in this despicable incident.

I agree, just what can be done in response to such sickening actions? It is hard to comprehend motives for such attacks, the attackers themselves might even be unable to justify personally what they are doing, yet some take their own lives to do it.

The initial feelings for most watching what has happened is there must be a swift and tough response, if only we could all work out what that would be...

Really sad news this. After watching the terrible scenes in Paris last night and then seeing the story about Gatwick being evacuated this mornin (report I first saw said a grenade was involved!), I did wonder if this was the start of a horrific large scale backlash to recent events.

Let's hope not!

Je me tiens avec la France . Mes pensées sont avec les familles des morts ou blessés . Tenez-vous debout , être fiers et ne jamais céder au terrorisme
