Default Will my mani catch a light

Where the car is slightly over fueling i am worried that when the exhaust gets hot it may catch a light.. Is this possible??

Below is a pic of the mani i have and you will see where the white paste is where a mixture on condensation and petrol escapes... Think it is mainly condensation but still i am a bit concerned.. Going to try and source the 4 springs that are missing, as the joins are suppose to be held by springs..

i would guess inside the exhaust is hoter than outiside so if it's gonna catch light, it would do so inside the pipe and you would get a pop from the exhaust.
are you sure that white paste isnt something like exhaust putty you put on gaskets maybe?
or oil contamination inside the exhaust pipe? as i know that can foam up
