Default O2/lambor sensor live data results ?

My cel came on earlier I had 2 codes bank 1 running lean and bank 1 O2/ lambor sensor low voltage I did a live data stream on my diagnostic and the O2 sensor fluctuates between 0.00 and 0.97 even on idle it doesn't increase or drop when u rev it it also nearly stalls when stopping sometimes is it safe to say I need a new 02 sensor ??

I think I may have one in the garage, was working fine as far as I know when taken out.

A lambda should oscillate like that.
The varying voltage indicates that the ecu is controlling the fuelling correctly to achieve stoich (ideal afr).
If it were stuck at say 0.2v this would indicate a fault.

Every now and again it reads 0.00 for around 30 seconds is there anything else that could cause the bank 1 lambor code to pop on other than a faulty lambor my diagnostic says the code refers to low or no voltage recived from bank 1 lambor for 1 min or more I'm also getting the bank 1 running lean but this only pops up if I leave it to idle for a while it's fine when I'm driving but some times stalls when I stop
