Default Scratched my front bumper. DIY

Few days ago I disagreed with a brick wall and scratched front bumper of my Forester.
As I never did anything to my car before I decided to give it a go and fix it up to my best abilities myself.
The scratch was a small area but very deep so I had to work hard with 180, 240 sand paper to level up plastic as much as possible.

After that I filled the scratches with filler few times until the area become smooth. I had to wash the area with vodka between the fillings to clean it up properly.
Wet sanding with 1500-2000 sand paper until the area is completely smooth.
In the end sprayed with Prime, so it looks like below.

Next step would be painting after I receive 26D Subaru Silver paint from Germany and Clearcoat Layer to make it beautiful as it was before the scratch.

I will post a picture when it's done.

I have no slightest clue, what's the final result will be but will see very soon. I hope for the best any way. still waiting for the paint to arrive.

So I've got my 26D Subaru Silver paint. After wet sending the area covered with Prime I protected the rest of the car with the paper around the damaged area.

And start painting using original 26D Subaru silver spray.
The error I made was to spray the whole area overlapping the protective paper. The result of that was the clear separated line between the sprayed area and the rest of the non damaged part like on the picture below:

So I resprayed the area again trying to not go over the protective paper. This time the result was much better.

I painted the area 4 times letting it dry for 5-10 min between the runs.

At the end I sprayed the area with Acrylic Coat I found in my friend's shop

Let it dry for half an hour and this time the result I've got was much better.

On Monday I will polish the bumper to finish it all.

Nice job, but if you masked a larger area, but flick out/feather the base colour rather mask and paint to defined straight edges, then much the same with clearcoat but over a slightly larger area than what you did with base colour, then once fully dry Tcut back the clear coat particularily where you have feathered it into the original clear coat you would end up with an almost invisible repair. Much the same as smart repair.
