Thats what i thought

Buying a bug and changing the front end is a cheaper than getting a hawkeye in the first place though!

I meant i wasn't sure about the hawkeye styling when they first came out Thought it was a bit too 'curvy' compared to the blobeyes.

Now i prefer the hawks to blobs, just got used to it i guess. maybe in a couple of years i'll like the hatch too!

Never thought i'd say this but I think I'd have a new Focus RS over a hatch Sti.

I'm with you there, although the STi 380 I saw at SRR last week was about as good a new shape as I have ever seen.

I had a look at the new Focus RS in T/Wells last week, even in that green that ford do, it looked really fookin sexy

Ford do seem to be good at turning out some tasty versions of thier mainstream cars. I think they are onto a winner with the RS. I am tempted later in the year when mine is paid up and gets to be semi retired, to run one as my company car, although I do understand that it is a requiement of this club to have an M3

That doesnt surprise me. I would think the STi feels more planted with 4wd and can be pushed alot further in terms of power etc, just cant get to grips with the looks.
