Default Job Vacancy - CAD operator/project engineer.

I Will be placing an add shortly in the local observer. But thought I would post up in here to give potentially someone a good oppertunity within my firm subject to CV and interview.

Project Engineer / CAD Operator

HCP/SAS International is a market leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke commercial heating solutions, with its divisional office in Hastings and head office based in Reading.

The primary role will be to prepare CAD drawings for client approval and preparation of production drawings for sheetmetal components. But also project management of client orders, Co-ordination with productions plants, and clients to meet programme deadlines.

Training within our product range will be given, but basic CAD skills for 2D drawing with knowledge of 3rd angle drawings would be required. Ideally having experience within the construction industry and contract management. You should also be flexible, organised and generally PC literate with good oral and written communication skills. An excellent career opportunity exists for the successful applicant.

Hours are Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00 pm in a pleasant small office environment. Benefits include 23 days holiday, life assurance, and contributory pension.

I've been looking for a new jOb for ages.... I've been doing 2d drawings for motorway work with briscad (self taught) how does that compare in what you do?
