Petrol in Southern Ireland
Taking the car across to Southern Ireland next week for my sons wedding - ferrying into Dublin then heading about 100 miles due west. Run the car on v-power but had a look at the Shell site and it seems they're not even out there! When my son drives across he uses Tescos but he only needs their ordinary unleaded and is uncertain as to v-power availability. Anyone know? Their website is down at the moment so unable to even check garage locations.

From what i know there isnt any high octane fuel out there, my friend had to run his wrx on 95ron, but was standard

booster like NF is about £109 for 10 bottles plus postage.. think I pay £120 roughly to the door.
So £12 a bottle.. with 95ron plus half a bottle you should be about the same as vpower.. so £6 a tank.. you might just get away with a 3rd of a bottle £4.. but I think it is only about £2.50 a tank more for vpower than 95ron Simon |
