Great to go for a run around the countryside

Looks like it was a difficult day with the track being half wet and half dry.

Very little margin for error unlike some other racing with 1/2 mile of tarmac to run onto, here you end up in a farmers field.

no farmers field at Olivers Mount, basically a mini TT - unfortunately if you get it wrong here it tends to go very wrong............if you can walk away thats a godsend..........
be lucky to get the van around without touching the grass!!

I've raced there & won the British championship. Way back when bikes just didn't handle & tyres were strapped to your back.

1978 Kawasaki kh400 series. Sponsored by Dave Muxlow ( x british side car champ & a man with the biggest balls ever) of Kawasaki corner in Redcar. My favourite track was the old Croft. Memories! Now I'm off on a gondola with an ice cream. (Ali's Birthday) see you when I get back.
