Default Travis Pastrana back in a Subaru for X-Games

I don't know if anyone on here is a fan of X-Games, but this year rally and rallycross look to have an even bigger presence (with the rallycross layout being set in downtown LA!) so I thought it was worth a mention.

Only a few names announced for rally so far (including Marcus Gronholm) but this week Pastrana confirmed he'll be back for the rallycross and behind the wheel of an Impreza again.

To officially annouce his return Pastrana has even done a little viral video poking fun at a certain bloke called Ken...

Hopefully we'll see some more European Rallycross talent over there for X-Games rally this year; Sverre Isachsen was at X-Games last year but the car went pop very early on, so I'm sure he'd like another go. Liam Doran has also been rumoured (now he's Monster backed) so would be great to see a UK driver representing. Invites are suppose to go out in the next few days, so we should see the full line up soon!

For Pastrana? Thats interesting, I didn't know that.

I know Vermont Sports Car and Crawford have done most of the car preperation for X-Games, Rally America etc. over the last few years, but I didn't know they were using RCM bits. Do you know if its just Pastrana's car they have been supplying parts for, or all of the Subaru USA motorsport ventures?

They have also done a deal with Subaru UK and in the forthcoming future you will be seeing a limited edition Subaru carrying the RCM badge.
