How do you wrap headers or is there a certain way to do it .

I find swearing lots helped!
If you are using the DEI wrap then dampen it slightly (Spray bottle) do not get it too wet, then wrap as tight as you can using the stitched in lines to guide overlap. I'd reccomend using lockwire (get proper lockwire pliers they are worth worth their weight in gold) to hold the wrap in place rather than the wire cable ties as you can get them tighter.
