Your not missing much Steve.

Big old silver thing with the handling statistics of the average Dover tug,
and the visual appeal of a donkey's left scrotum.

Most come with fitted tow bars (Gramp's took his off) and a 200 gallon bowser in matching colours. Vauxhall strangely name this optional extra as "reserve tank"?

Hiya everyone....

Just a quick question please

Im new to all this and i was hoping to go to the Jap Bash.... do you think ive left it too late to get my car ready for the event ? - my car is a untouched Impreza WRX, good condition but just some shopping trolley scratches eeekkk, cant seem to do T-Cut on it as my colour is "blue/black", any ideas ?
i was just planning to go, didnt realise SES have their own pitch (told you i was new ! lol)

Hi,

No need to worry about doing too much on the car, mines only going to get a bucket of water thrown over it. And maybe a hoover out, if its lucky Just put your name on the list and come along

There should also be the dent removal/paint guys there who might be able to help with the scratches/shopping trolley dings. They did a fairly good job on the mrs's old car where it was scratched - depending on how deep, it might not even need paint.

Like Steve says, just come along. I only joined this bunch a year ago and they are all lovely......although Worzel's initiation ceremony left me in tears for a few days........not slept very well since either!

Thanks Steve and Jay !! yep i will add my name to the list my dad said he will have a look see if he can sproose up the beast for me as he's coming to drool at the cars too lol
The dent/scratch guy sounds fab as i just found a new trolley proper dent yesterday !!! so angry ! think people see me get out of my car and must hate me lol

I dont like the sounds of the initiation though !!! lol
