Default Changing to white dials

I have seen a set of white dials for my scooby, how easy is it to change the dials from old set to these after market ones ?? or is it easier to find a white set of dials already ?? and fit in direct replacement to the complete unit ?? Also I notice the facelift version of the classic has a different layout out, can the facelift unit be swapped directly with the classic version (just a thought)
