Default Slot car racing in Bexhill

As part of my retirement/old age preparation, I am required to spend time amongst the residents of Bexhill, visiting charity shops and generally ambling about.

During this exercise the other day, I stumbled upon a shop in St Leonards Road, near the sea front, which contained a 100 ft multi-lane slot car track, along with various cars and accessories on sale.

Imagine my surprise!

This place is available for parties, corporate functions etc and the rates are five mins for £3 per lane, 15 mins £7 per lane, 30 mins £12 per lane. You can use their cars or take along your own.

The track looked well built and might be a bit of fun for an SES trip out!

Like the sound of this Keith, SES slot racing sounds like a real laugh.

It wouldn't get too competetive either would it
