I think you need to check who "supplies" your water

At last, the resevoirs are all over 90% full - which must be better off than we've been in June for years!

edit/ think South East Water supply mine, can't find anything to say they've lifted theirs.... going to be very confusing if some people can use hosepipes in Sussex and some can't.
