Default REVO tuning?

Whilst I am still looking for a scoob, the golf (2012 2.0 TDI 140) is yearning to go a bit quicker lol, so I am going to get it mapped. Looking around and doing some research I have come up with 2 companies. Angel tuning and REVO who appear to be based all over the place in dealers. Cost is anywhere between £250 (angel) and £350 for REVO. Gains should be around 40bhp and 90lbs/ft so it would put it at around 180 bhp and 320 lbs/ft, so worth it I think. Has anyone had any experience with any of these, or indeed anyone else?. I am guessing noone on here does V Dub's.

I have had a couple of S3's mapped by REVO, they were much more aggressive maps than the AMD ones that were about at the time, another person worth talking to is MRC as they are the original AMD guys who built the reputation!

Or do it yourself for less. stage1 maps can be bought off the peg for £50 or less and software/hardware for about £50... At that level of tune thats all the tuning guys are using but in fairness will do a health check as part of the process.
