Some stupid cow slid into it on the slightest of bends because she basiclly wasn't driving to the conditions around her, the track marks leading to my car were long enough so god knows what she was trying to do to stop herself.

Not surprised you aren't happy. Dappy bint!

That will be an irritating amount of money to fix too, looking at the various bits to be sorted.

Such a shame to see.

Ouch

Like Bansteag Stig says, that'll be a fairly big claim for bonnet, bumper, grill, and thats assuming nothings damaged underneath. Hope you got all her details and she admitted liability!

Wouldn't be happy either mate, not good at all. Hopefully it's straight forward enough to sort out.

Cheers guys, she pretty much has to admit to it as my car was parked up away from the drop kerb of my girlfriends house so its not as it I'd parked in a stupid place, she just quite clearly doesn't know how to drive.

I haven't even looked under the bonet don't think I can bring myself to but if the slam panel isn't bent I will be amazed! Pretty sure the whole of the front end will be coming off, had to drive it back from Horsham but seemed to drive fine so don't think she's bent anything mechanical wise (fingers crossed anyway)

Some people are so numb at driving, it always comes to a time that you have to trust other peoples driving skills, shame as seemed a tidy motor when i saw it the other week hope you get it fixed soon

That is gutting: at least you caught the responsible party though, would have been worse to have found it and have no idea who did it.

Fingers crossed you get it sorted as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Got this as a courtsey car, not to shabby if I do say so!

Only trouble is now I've had it for a few days I'm really liking it, bit out of my price range though.

Yeah nice cars mate until the back flyes out on a roundabout, when u nail it. My wife used to have a 335d and found it a bit unerving and tail happy in wet slippery conditions, But still good fun. Hope u get your car back soon and have a Happy Christmas

I think its the insurers version of a 'like for like' car, will be costing the other womans insurance a pretty penny .

As much as I don't like diesel's or auto's this is a very nice change from the norm.

According to the garage the parts should be with them Thursday and they should be starting it the same day, so hopefully should have the GB back very early in the new year (so long as they do a good job) otherwise its if they don't.

Hope everyone has a great Christmas, very much looking forward to getting to more meets next year.
