Default BORED.... Bloody back pain

Sat in now for the 2nd day with back pain.
Why oh why when you back goes are you not doing anything risky.

Mine spasmed when reaching over the table to pass the salt at the christmas meal. It gave me a bit of a stab in the lower spine but not so bad as to render me imobile (which is has done before), but defo not good.

Drove back after the meal and struggled to get out of the car and walk down the drive.

This morning I managed to get up and get dressed, although my legs seemed 3 times longer then usual whilst putting my socks on.

Time to get off to work........I got as far as putting my arse on the seat in the car, but my legs were still on the drive. It was at that point I realised I wouldn't be driving anywhere today and should really take the day off.

Therefore, Today will be spent mainly surfing with the occasional shuffle round the house to keep mobile......waiting for the muscle relaxants to kick in......

I don't have the back pain, but started randomly vomiting at about midnight, so am on the sofa curled up in a ball waiting to die and hoping to keep some fluids down long enough to halt the dehydration and associated headache.

I never used to get ill, but this year's been a shocker. Ever since our little boy started nursery.

Enjoy your boredom!

A hot water bottle helps when I get lower back pain, almost boiling water and wrapped in a towel.

Get your self booked in to The Body Clinic (Bexhill) for a session.

Best money youll spend saves a lot of pill taking also, there is a blind chap there and he is very good.
