Default Spark plugs

I think I still have my old NGK 7's in my car from my 2.0 time....on talking with Brent today think I am over due some 9's.....they will be Greddy ones which are basically the same plug...

I am hoping this might help the car when its fettled finally next month at the clinic.

what plugs/grades are you all using?

maybe a sticky from JGM on what plugs work best at which levels might be useful? Simon?

your going to need a seriously powerful/tuned car to be needing or capable of running 9's
tend to find if its a road car in daily use you cant go far wrong with PFR7's which although in theory are abve their limit will cope with most things or a set of NGK racing 8's

Tim, I did some research into this when I changed my plugs too and as already stated on here 7's should be adequate for road use. (although i wasnt running as much power as you will be!)

I use 9's mate. It's only a temp difference so not really an issue.
