Default Rob 22B Update

Some of you may remember when I tried for 5 years to convince one of my best long term mates to buy a Scooby and he bought a UK spec 22B.
He did make a couple of posts when he first joined The SES but isn't really into forums and things.

Robs outlook on the word "mint" may differ from the normal human

I suggested to him that there is only one stable he needs to be in and that is the one I'm in, Roger Clark Motorsport.

We spent a day at RCM explaining what Rob wanted and he basically wants to start with the engine bay.

Out came the turbo, intercooler, inlet manfold, hoses and a lots of other things and all were replaced with new.
Many parts came direct from Japan as the correct colour codes were required regarding hosing and mani.

All brackets were removed, blasted and recoated with the correct Zinc plating.

He needed it back as he recently drove to Le Mans but the car will be returned to RCM in due corse for a complete shell respray, new trim, front bumper (original) and anything else that matters.

Car is being "Spit Sprayed" by the same company that done The Gobbstopper and all the WRC Subaru's.

With this being on of only 11 of the 16 UK Spec 22B's it will probably be one of the worlds best examples when finished and it's in The DED

I'll give him a kick up the arse and bring him to an SES event.

Here are a few pic we took when we collected it 5 weeks ago from RCM

Mmmmmmmmm 22B porn...

*splat*

Absolutely stunning looking 22B. If I ever manage to own one (I live in hope it'll happen one day), then that is the standard I would like to keep it to: original and mint!
