New maf sensor ??
I wanna fit a new maf to my scoob been looking online and found this http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/321276136766?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1
Is there any difference between that and a more expensive one ? |

my experience with Audi/VW's is that the ones off ebay are rubbish and often don't work right. VAG cars I have always got exchange ones from dealer and not had a problem.
My Denso one for the Scoob came from EuroCarParts and has worked with no problems. You could try my old one, as this ran ok on the car, but when it was mapped was causing problems at high rpm's. I didn't even notice a problem. I think ECP ones are about £200. |

Yeah if that's ok mate I should of grabbed it while I was there lol
I just wanna see if it improves with a different maf on it don't really wanna pay £180 for a new one if it isn't faulty |

new-age MAF's are generally not problematic although you can cause issues with poor induction kits/vibration/etc. - personally i would not trust an el cheapo as if its calibrated incorrectly it will cost you an engine!!
