Why do BMW drivers all drive 1 handed with the right hand in the 11 o'clock position (hunched over the steering wheel like quasimodo)

Just have to wait and see what happens with the vote on the 18th of this month , there has been a lot of tv coverage as well up here but they all just keep going round in circles . Can't they just come to a compromise on what should happen .

Wales and NI would probably follow with a referendum Although Scotland get per capita more spent on them they also earn (via oil) more than us so would mean we'd be worse off.
