Default leak and smoke after driving hard!!

after i drive my 97 impreza hard i have a bit of smoke from engine bay .. when i lift the bonnet it seems that some fluid is leaking in the underside passenger area of the engine near the front and drips onto the outlets and smokes. im baffled.!! and worried. anyone have any ideas!! cheers

radiator?
mine went and under normal driving the leak was slow enough that it dried almost insantly. after hard driving the pressure was such that the leak increased and sprayed out on to something else and caused more steam.
check the ends and corners of the rad for any telltale brown/green stains

it seems more smoke like than seam tho?? i may be wrong but did see brown ish fluid earlier on today

could still be rusty water, have you checked the coolent/oil /power steering levels to see if anythink is low?

will check tomorrow .. it never overheats or anything. really hoping its nothing too expensive. it used to lose power steering fluid but that was the cooler pipes located at the front of car now leaks from here.

mine didnt overheat either. and i thought mine was smoke too rather than steam. i figured after i fixed it that it must have been squirting water on to an oily hot part of the engine
