One thought - will I need to be in a different group to Wagon Si as he kindly agreed to swap his morning slot? I may be misinterpreting how the running order is working?

Really looking forward to this and wishing I could stay longer! Will be great to see the scoobs in action. I'm not sure how strict they'll be on cameras as its a charity day, but hoping to use the gopro.

Meet up at the BP garage at the bottom of the A23 mate? I assume you're coming down that way anyway if not all the way?

We will work it out on the day.
I'm not sure how we are going to be allocated to the groups i.e whether we are all in individual groups (of the 1 - 6) or if we have 1 or more scoobies per group.

I think they will split us up a bit in order to keep the average noise level down per group, as I expect we will be some of the quieter ones in amongst the noisy TVR's

Looked at the forecast this morning and it was saying largely dry with the odd shower. Seems pretty variable at the moment so might just have to wait and see!

But yeah, TVRs won't be pleased if it rains....

Looks like I might be fitting and bedding new discs and pads in on Saturday morning between sessions, second hand pads and discs just aren't upto the job, so got some PF Z rated pads and some cheap Aztec grooved/drilled discs to sort me out for the weekend. Going to order some PF floating discs before Nurburgring.

Last weeks run was cold but dry, car still got mucky, by the time I arrived at PP after Goodwood the front was caked

Rich not sure of your route down? But apart from the 50 MPH restriction on the M25 at the A21 split there is also 40 MPH on A23 for a stretch

Yeah I'm not looking forward to the 50mph road works and am even contemplating a different way down or even the meeting point due to the amount of mud and crap spilling over into the lanes. I have to sit on the M25 every day.

Cars been washed and waxed anyway in hope that it stays dry and the met office get it wrong. Lol

We can easily have a re-group at Fontwell anyway, as there might be a few of us that want to top up on vPower

I think I might need to bath in Rainex!

Are any other WAGs going to watch/passenger or am I likely to be the only mug?

Jo is passenger riding in mine, so you should be with female company. Just don't mention car parts in house and you'll be ok.

My car isn't back from Munich Legends so I may be reverting to plan B.

Simon - make sure you get some mileage in as I was in the same boat last time. I hadn't bed mine in properly and ended up knackering the pads.

Have just got it back. Phew! Still can't decide whether I'm brave enough to stick the 888s on. Just drove it through a hailstorm and even the contis were struggling

I'd probably go with the safer option, won't be much fun on 888s if it rains.

Latest weather report on BBC shows the rain starting between 10-11am and setting in for the day, so we might get one dry session at the start if we're lucky.
