Default removing roof bars

cant find anything on how to remove the standard roof bars from my wagon???



anyone help asap please

Same for me also i'm looking to do the same, mine is a classic wagon. Wanting to go for a carbon fibre roof look. Any advise please.

remove the head linning (or just pull the sides down )and you will see the bolts just above the doors where the grab handles are i think there are 5 per rail
