Default Exhaust heat wrap

Can anyone tell me where I can get a good quality roll from, also how much "2" wide tape is required to wrap a TSL down pipe and where to get metal ties from, (rather not use ebay) thanks in advance Paul

just make sure you bung the heat wrap into a bucket of water before you wrap mate. stops most (if not, all) of the fibres from coming off and onto your skin. itches like fook

I use the Magma Wrap from Thermal Velocity, no need to soak!

There's 3 port solenoids on eBay for £100. Can't remember the make but it's a good one I know that. Not sure if that's expensive or not? When you aiming to have it ready for. I'm off the last week of this month and the first two of September ( contrary to my previous post) so if you want a hand with anything, let us know. Be good to go up and see the Monster together as I really want my map looking at after all the apparent fiddling that's been done to it. Hasnt even been running a cold air feed for god knows how long!

I used a 10 metre roll which was perfect length, can't remember how wide it was tho. I thought the idea of soaking it in warm water was so that it shrunk tighter around the pipe as it dried?? I could be mistaken....
