Default S15

Had this for a few months now and thought i'd put some pictures up at last, absolutely love the car... so much fun to drive!

The car already had Nismo suspension, an OMP steering wheel, innovit alloy wheels, a custom cat-back exhaust and a few other bits. Since I bought it, it's had a new Aero bumper fitted, full service including uprated spark plugs, engine, gearbox and diff oil etc. sports cat, blitz FMIC, electronic boost controller and as of yesterday a Nistune ECU board and remap.

Here's a couple pics from when I picked it up:

After the new bumper had been fitted (Now has side grills and the intercooler so doesn't have the big holes behind the bumper anymore):

The fun of replacing the rocker cover gasket and installing the intercooler:

Old Vs. New:

On the dyno yesterday:

And some shots with my friends s14a:

Love it! Have a real soft spot for them, don't see many of them around either. They appealed to me after Moog on Mighty Car Mods ran one for a while.

Hahaha, I'm definitely not as bad as he is with buying/selling cars!

It's a hub dyno, meant to be more accurate than a normal rolling road apparently

Thank you it made 325bhp but was starting to get near the limit of the injectors, up by about 75bhp from what it was running standard so very happy with the result!

Nice! The 15 can be a handful at 325bhp so 400 should be quite fun!

Thank you, most people seem to say they preferred the old grey wheels that were on it but I love the new ones in white!

Can't really compare them too much to be honest as I've only driven an impreza once or twice! The s15 feels nice and light, steering is responsive and really precise... the main difference between the two is obviously how much more planted the impreza's feel in the bends... but that's part of the fun of the 15!
