As I am on a diet and lost half a stone so far we worked out:

For every stone of weight I lose, Ginola gains the equivalent of 1.3 hp!

Now that's stopped him putting sugar in my coffee ready for the ring.

Hehe that's where the half a stone went I think!

ON the wed before our pizza night I started Slimming World then Dave announced we were going to pizza night. I only took a mouthful or two of his slices and was really good until I ate 3/4 slice of the Saltdean Sizzler (thinking I was being tough and could show you guys...... ) the pain was like acid and they ran out of milk so I ran down the road and bought ice-cream to sooth mouth and drank three glasses of full fat milk.

Lets say... I don't remember much on Saturday

On a good note... my Slimming World class were in stitches when I told them (after I realised I had lost weight phew)

Wondered if Sam was still alive?

Hi Wanda, welcome to ses.

I am still alive just, the saturday after was crazy, never felt pain like that before lol.

I did slimming world for 18 months about 4 years ago, if you can keep it up, it can and will be very effective and you can reach any goal you want.

Well done guys! That's amazing! Probably quite a cheap way of gaining a few extra horses!

I was doing Slimming World until I found out I was pregnant, now I'm on the 'baby wants it' diet.... I'm eating potato dipped in salad cream because baby wants it, I'm eating beetroot dipped in salad cream because baby wants it... ;o)

No complaints from me on the catering front, all very appreciated.

And congratulations on the weight loss, I'm doing the opposite and losing power, need to spend more money on the scoob to make up for the weight gain.

Making choc cake for next trackday whenever that is as my thinking is more sugar the better for keeping alert and you have to keep eating it to stay on full alertness (if thats a word). lol (I wont be eating it tho!)
