Default (Even More) Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup R2 2016 - Brands Hatch

Are you sick of Blancpain picture threads yet? If the answer if "yes", then probably best if you go and read another thread. If you still haven't seen enough awesome GT cars though, then carry on scrolling...

Didn’t see a single flame from any of the GT cars throughout the day: the only fire came from the smallest cars on the entry!

This Corvette was, for me, the best sounding car of the day. Nothing beats that dirty V8 rumble!

This Huracan was my favourite looking car on the (rather sizeable) Blancpain grid. I thought it looked stunning in blue, especially with minimal decals.

Great stuff as always mate. The Corvette did sound evil The Ferrari's all sounded like whiny rev-sheds in comparison!

(that's my new word of the day)

One of the Ferrari's did sound stupidly loud: still nowhere near as good as that Corvette though!

I was disappointed by the new BMW M6. It doesn't look anywhere near as mean as the Z4 GT3: or sound anywhere near as good either. Poor show BMW!

Bring back the Z4.....missing the sound already.

A couple of Ferrari were loud, the white one in particular. Down the straight my ears were close to getting painful.

Such a great sound, you just can't beat the noise of a good V8!

It was certainly well put together, it just wasn't floating my boat in the same way as the Z4!

Yeah. I can't remember which Ferrari it was, but it sounded ridiculous: my eardrums were buzzing every time it passed by!

It was a really good event, much bigger than last year's Sprint round and even more enjoyable. If it's back at Brands next year then I'll definitely be going!

I had actually put the camera away for the MINI race, but once I saw some fire I couldn't resist taking a few photos!
