Exclamation IMPORTANT Notice to all Ring Goers This Year

Hi All

I have spoken with Jackie with regards the payments for the Hotel this year.

It is the same rule as previous years, Payment is to be made in CASH please. Not credit cards, as this method not only costs her money but takes over a month to get back.

However, Jackie has said if people want to pay an amount directly into her UK Bank account ahead of going, she is more than happy. Please PM me for her details.

I will be paying something like £250.00 ahead of going, just to save carrying too much cash about.

The Current (17/05/2011) exchange rates gives us a room price per night as follows:

Single @ 50 euros per night = £43.63 per night

Standard Double @ 72 euros per night = £62.82 per night

Comfort Double @ 82 euros per night = £71.55 per night

Triple @ 108 euros per night = £94.23 per night

So for instance, those staying in a standard double for three nights (fri/sat/sun) , will pay roughly £189.00 for your stay.

Don't forget, if you are paying up in advance to deduct the deposit you have already paid.

£35.00 in all cases except for Clive @ £70.00 (Tim fooked up when paying his )

Just sent £180 over to Jackie's account (3 x £71.55, minus £35 deposit).
