Your quick washes end up taking half a day as well then mate?

No honestly, I took it to the local hand wash, cost me £10.00 for in and out. 10 mins, job done.
I have always kept it clean though, which as you well know, helps an awful lot. |

Well decided what to do and done it tonight. Bought myself another S2000, but this time an earlier model with harder suspension and more aggresive Vtec. In dark blue with innovite alloys. Needs a little bit of TLC here and there, but Looks nicer than my last one, and forgot how well they handle.
Its like day and night in the way it drives compared to the scoob, but huge fun and grin factor when on vtec and in the twisites. Plan is at the moment to keep this S2000 and the scoob, but will all depend on how reasonable I can get insurance on both cars. S2000 group 20 and scoob aint far behind. I don't think my current insurance company will insure 2 cars without hamering me, so will have to consider stopping my insurance and see what Mr Moulson can do for us. |

"Needs a little bit of TLC here and there"...have you ever bought a car that doesn't ????
Do you want me to come out for a drive with you again, so Sherrill can comment on how camp it looks again.......you'll then sell it before the fuel tank is empty. |

Thanks for posting up mate, will give you a bell next week. Sounds encouraging. I'm currently 6 months into a policy through kwick fit (highway). But will look to cancel this and shift both cars over... Talk next week Cheers.

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2050075.htm[/QUOTE Very nice ride that. Depending on how I get on with the 2 car thing. I would look to move onto something like this or a Westy to supliment the Scoob. |

couple of pics of the 2 together, and a couple of splitter I fitted today to the scoob.
Was going to colour code the splitter, but think it works well as is matching the side skirts and seems to work well with the blue and anthracite wheels. Plus don't have to worry about stone chips. Both look nice IMO and a bit girly but like the fact they are both blue and kinda matching. Hard top on the S2000 is a bit marmite, and might think about selling it, as I like the lines and look of the softop and like to have the choice of dropping the softop when ever you want. |

I like the S2000 with the hard top.
The spilter looks The slicks on the scoob.

I've skipped most of this post. You are a confused individual. If you want to buy toy car get a car you can write off and walk away laughing. A 2.5 MR2 turbo or something cheap to hot rod up discreetly but please don't harp on about £10000 - £25000 and have a problem choosing!!!!
Learn how to rear wheel steer or drift. But M3's and Elises are cars you love to pose in not D R I V E. Maaaaaaaaaattttteeeeee!

Thanks, very observant of you re the tyres. Must get them sorted although technically they are still legal - although they are bald on the very outer edge ,the inner 3/4 of the tread has well over the legal limit of 1.6mm. From what I can gather its not illegal to be bald on the outer edge so long as the inner 3/4 is over 1.6mm. ? But welcome any advice on this as It does bother me every time I look at them, but will likely change them anyhow. But if they are illegal it will get sorted much sooner rather than later. |
