Default SES Chinese / Indian

To save hi-jacking Jays thread any more, lets start throwing some ideas about for a venue. Then the meets guys can get it done

Nutley, there is now an Indian/Thai on this site, all in one restaurant. It's not great to be honest, so I would discount that one.

Chinese, the Wok Inn at Halland would be a good venue. Big car park and great Chinese

There's a couple of great all you can eat ones in Worthing - but parking is a little difficult. Lovely one in Arundel again parking a bit hard - or my favourites in Rustington and Littlehampton. The Rustington one has pretty good parking.

Anyone else eaten at Newick Tandoori before?

Or as per other thread, theres one just outside Polegate on the A22, must be parking there as its out of town?

No, not eaten at Newick Tandori. But I do know a lot of people who have. I have never heard a bad word about the place, it's meant to be the absolute dogs danglies.

This place however is the place everyone wants to go at the moment.

The place is always full up. Parking might be an issue though

Thats a good suggestion, driven past it a hundred times and never even considered it!

They have a fairly large car park there, but like you say, if its full up there's nowhere else to park there.

I've been to that one many times, excellent food and service but parking can be a major prob especially If there's loads of you,
I normally park on the road outside

The one on A23 was awful when I last went, was a couple of years ago now though.
I say go for one in Turners Hill , park in village if car park full and just run people to the restaurant .

Tarana is very good. Good food and good service. Parking is a PITA unless you get there early (before 6-6.30). Tend to park in the village and walk down.
