Default Japfest, Castle Combe - Saturday 12th May

Japfest is rapidly approaching and its one of the biggest Jap events of the year, it would be great for SES to have a club stand. I'm currently talking with Tbtstt who is organising a stand for Surrey Scoobies and we will either have adjacent club stands or a joint club stand if the numbers aren't high enough to have separate stands.

See www.japfest.co.uk for further details.

SES stand now cancelled - insufficient numbers.

It's a great day out, I'm already booked on the P1 Stand so hope to see you there. The Premier Inn / Holiday Inn Exp Swindon West are a good idea @ £34ish if you want to make the early start easier.

Track cars and drifting all day.... Over 10'000 jap cars all in one place, I'd say it's a good day out and I've been going for 6 years now every year

Surprised more people aren't interested in this?

Only have another day or two to add your name to the list before the deadline if you do want to go.

Unless the numbers increase by Thursday this week, i'd recommend those on the list go with Surrey if they still want to attend.

I will be going with Berkshire Scoobies, think we have about 10 on the stand. I would have gone with S/S or SES but I just started to worry that the deadline was approaching and BSC ordered stand passes the other week.

I'd class it as the best track orientated event of the year for Jap cars.... Why is it so hard to get SES to travel to events

It's worth going just to see Mike L piss all over the British touring cars again

Steve_PPP...

I'm now going with the Surrey Scoobies chaps as per your suggestion.
Perhaps see you there too.

No.

Times running out - the club entry has to be in this week and we only had 3 names on the list so nowhere near what we need to have a club stand.

If anyone still wants to go, I suggest they go with Surrey Scoobies - see their thread here:
