Default blueygod fuel tank

hi wonder if im right or just doughting myself again

got a impreza sti 1994 and it wont start over fueling big time
checked inspection plate whare the fuel pump is and vacuum pipe really soft

1 would this make it over fuel or starve it of fuel ?

2 do i have to take the fuel tank out, got told theres more hidden pipes on top of the fuel tank ?

3 if tank has to come out do i just have to take the exhaust and the prop-shaft or is there more that i have to take out

thank you any help would be greatful

Have you checked the Cam and Crank Sensors? If they go, the engine still turns, and pumps fuel, just wont fire up.

did that brought brand new crank and cam sensors thank you tho
