Default Sunseeker Rallye 2012

Not quite at Steve PPP levels of picture posting speed, but the weekend before last was the annual Sunseeker Rally. Despite my reservations with the British Rally Championship switching to two wheel drive, the 2WD BRC cars were actually pretty good to watch, the Clio R3's in particular sounded excellent in the forest (the 4wd and rwd cars were still the best thing about the day though! ).

About my only complaint of the day was the stagger between the different classes running, which meant that we got to see less of the later stages than originally planned. Still got to see pretty much all the cars at least twice though and get pelted by lots of gravel.

Anyway, without further ado, some pictures! Enjoy!

Well I didn't want to show you up by being too quick.

Cheers mate! I'd love to do them, its just a matter of finding the time and money. I've been seriously considering an Irish Tarmac event this year, I have a few relatives round the Cork area, so had been thinking about doing the Cork 20. Once again though, time and money...

...just been looking at the entry list for the Tour of Epynt this weekend. So many Impreza WRC's on the entry list: yet another event I want to go to!
