Default Hello

Hi All,

Just registered as looking for an Impreza at the moment.

Had loads of cars, most performance things really, including a few imprezas in the past.

Looking for a cheapish mk1 or bugeye to use as a track toy mainly. Budget of up to £5k but would prefer to spend less!!

Looking forward to finding one.

Cheers,

John

Hi there and Welcome to SES

Good luck with your search - check the for sale section when you can - you may find what you are looking for in there

Yes, will look at the classifieds when I can but guess there must be a minimum post requirement??

Does anyone know how many posts I need to be able to see the classifieds??

In an ideal world it'd be a classic running a safe circa 300bhp, tidy usable car with decent brakes and suspension for around £3,500.

In reality, something as close to that as possible on all fronts!

Cheers.

Think you'll struggle to get the spec you want for the money. Mines on standard 4 pots and standard suspension and only 251bhp so not what you are after. I've been putting it back to near standard as they tend to be fetching more money that way. The price of a clean classic only seems to be going up.

Looks like a great example though and I like it in red, bit different.

What's the asking price?

Thank you.

Got one!

99' T classic saloon done 96k miles.

Really nice clean car, good looking spec with circa 290bhp claimed.

Got it in my garage now for a once over, belt and pulleys and a bit of detailing.
