Default blueygod car wont start

hi
can anybody please help me, or give me any ideas my scooby wont start
it turns over goes to start then over fuels and soaks the spark plugs
re-built the engine after blowing the head gaskets on it
2 weeks prior to this i had had it re-mapped
to be honest i do all my work myself, been ripped off so many times, and i like to know the inside and out side of my car
its a impreza sti 1994
so any help or ideas would be great
sorry lots of writing so you may get bored.....












ok starting with the modifications

2.2 stroker kit
forged pistons
lightened + balanced crank
TD 05/06 g20 turbo unit
forged twin piston dump valve
550cc injectors
large fuel pressure regulator
walbo 255 fuel pump
blitz induction kit modified
1 off heat sheild
jetex 3.5 exhaust system ( staight through )
samco air pipes
samco water pipes
heavy duty battery
auto barn 88 large front mount intercooler
modified inercooler pipes
forged alloy header tank ( water pot )
1.3 bar header cap ( nornally 0.9 )
42mm large racing alloy radiator
leads single coiled packs ( i.e 4 coils )
ngk irridium plugs
modified RA gear box / short ratio
gear box breather
sim-tex ecu
anti lag + launch control
2nd oil cooler large
oil filter relocated
12mm racing oil pump ( normal 10mm )
uprated water pump
1.6mm head gaskets
4 branch headers ( exhaust manifold )
large up pipe manifold
mass air flow sensor relocated into inercooler pipe
oil pressure gauge
oil temperture gauge
air 2 fuel gauge
boost gauge

Bits added + changed

coil packs
spark plugs
oil cooler
oil filter relocated
TD 05/06 g20 turbo unit ( was TD 05 )
1.6mm head gaskets ( was 1.1mm )
engine gaskets
cam sensor
crank sensor
samco water pipes
4 branch headers ( was stock )
fuel filter
fuel itself super unleaded
cambelt + tensioners
water pump uprated
12mm oil pump ( was 10mm )
new lamdba sensor
full engine rebuild



OK bits checked / changed + tried

checked timing twice
checked compression
checked spark
checked all conections
swapped back to injectors 444cc
swapped injectors conections
swapped crank sensor
swapped lamdba sensor
checked fuel regulator
swapped fuel pump to original pump
emptied fuel tank + new super unleaded fuel
checked all sensors left side of engine bay i.e boost lot
swapped to original ecu
tried with original ecu, injectors, fuel pump
tried start you b*astard + easy start
removed dump valve
checked all pipes are on
replaced all bad pipes
left pipe on boost valve solinoid with the restrictor in it
made new earths + extra earths
checked it getting fuel
checked injectors seal no leaks
checked injector wiring ( made a little light )
checked fuses
checked oil
checked injectors firing fuel into pistons yes
changed battery
disconected alternator
regaped spark plugs 5.5 / 6.0 / 6.5 / 7.0 / 7.5
checked fault codes on original ecu none
disconected black pipe right side of inercooler m,a,f sensor conected in last part of pipe
same above but m,a,f sensor disconected
as above but pipe black intercooler pipe conected
checked its on the right timming mark line not arrow
checked for blue spark
checked for spark with crank sensor disconected none
checked for spark with crank sensor conected yes
tried the foot on accelerator trick
disconected injectors electrics 1 at a time spark plug dry
disconected breathers
blocked breathers
tried original sensors
once it runs can take it somewhere to get another remap but no point till it starts

as i said sorry lots of writing but any ideas be great

Air leak will make It overfuel, make sure all the hoses are connected and havnt got any holes in them

Have you got all the vacuum pipes in the right order?

any ideas before i go ripping everything out noticed when fuel pump first turned on sound like bubbles blowing from the tank
emptyed fuel tank and now has a new fresh tank full of super
any ideas be great thank you

Have you changed any of the wiring loom for any reason since rebuild ?, and checked relays such as fuel pump relays.

No concillation but if I had tried everything you had - I would be pulling my hair about now. Thats a fairly extensive array of checks already done, and struggling to think of anything else.

I had this on my project classic. The timming belt had jumped a tooth, so might be worth checking the marks all line up still.

re-checked timming was ok
but when checking the vacuum pipe by the fuel tank it crushed
would that make it over fuel or starve it of fuel
