Default Coolant Smell

This morning the car had a strong coolant smell inside, did a quick check of the pipes, couldnt see anything obvious, but the passenger side of the wind screen looked like a sauna, and wouldnt clear. Any ideas?

Could try rad weld.

And you can keep nice and warm for the price of a £10.

It worked on my citroen and has done for 3 years now.

But not sure about using it on a scoob though.

with a little initiative and rubber hose and jubliee clips it is possible to do it with dash still in.. not tried on a newage admittedly but I presumre it is dash out.

the dash needs to come out to allow the matrix in and out.. so you can bend the pipes to get it out and then cut them off the new one.. fit the matrix and then use rubber hose to repair etc

Well...I got this far, then gave up for the day. The support bars has to come out too, along with Airbag ECU, which need some funky alum keys.
