Default Creaky coilovers

My car has BC's fitted in 2013 so pretty new with not many miles on them. Whilst they transform the handling of the car I've noticed over the last couple of weeks they have got a bit creaky over bumps.

Is there anything that I should be checking to tighten up, or grease?

I did set them to a harder setting today as they have been set fairly soft which seems to make them creak a bit less (less travel?) but that may just be my imagination!.

Any ideas welcome
